How do I cancel in the app? (iOS)
From your subscription:
Tap your subscription.
Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top right.
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Cancel subscription," then select a reason.
Tap "Continue to cancel."
Confirm the cancellation on the next screen.
From your account settings:
Tap the 3-bar menu.
Tap "My account."
Tap "Manage my subscription."
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Cancel subscription," then select a reason.
Tap "Continue to cancel."
Confirm the cancellation on the next screen.
How do I cancel in the app? (Android)
Tap your subscription.

How do I cancel on the web?
From your subscription:
Log in to Chatbooks.com.
Click "Home" at the top of the page, or click "Account" and then "My Books."
Click the subscription you want to cancel.
Click the Settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner.
Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel subscription."
Choose a reason, click "Continue," and confirm the cancellation.
From your account settings:
Log in to Chatbooks.com.
Click "Account" at the top of the page.
Under "My Subscription," click "Manage my subscriptions."
Select the subscription you want to cancel and click "Continue."
Scroll to the bottom and click "Cancel subscription."
Choose a reason, click "Continue," and confirm the cancellation.
