To cancel a subscription you bought with Apple Pay or PayPal (Express Checkout) that isn't in your account yet, first add it to your account, then cancel it:

Open the email from Chatbooks titled "Finish Setting Up Your Account," then click "Set Up My Log In." Can't find it? <a href="https://help.chatbooks.com/en/articles/9311844-how-do-i-contact-chatbooks-customer-service">Contact Customer Support</a> for your claim code link.

Sign in to the Chatbooks account you'd like to use.

Cancel your subscription as usual.
