If you closed the page after checking out with Apple Pay or PayPal (Express Checkout) before finishing, your order isn't connected to a Chatbooks account yet. We'll email you a claim link so you can add it. To find it:
Search your inbox for an email from Chatbooks titled "Finish Setting Up Your Account," and check your spam or junk folder.
Check the inbox for the email connected to the Apple Pay or PayPal account you checked out with. This may be different from the email on your Chatbooks account.
If you used Apple's Hide My Email, check the inbox your Apple ID forwards to.
Once you find it, click "Set Up My Log In," then sign in or create an account to add your order. This only works on the web at chatbooks.com, not in the Chatbooks app. See How do I add my Apple Pay or PayPal order to my Chatbooks account?
Still can't find it, or your claim link isn't working? Contact Customer Support and include:
The name and email address used for Apple Pay or PayPal
The date of the purchase or charge
A screenshot of the charge, if you have one
We'll find your order and send you a claim code link. Before you use it, log in at chatbooks.com (not the app) with the Chatbooks account you'd like your order added to.
Good to know:
Each claim link only works once. If yours has already been used, contact Customer Support.
Your subscription is active even if it isn't in your account yet, so there's no need to check out again.
