How do I find my subscription in the app?
iOS: Log in to the Chatbooks app and your active subscription will appear on the home screen. If you don't see it, tap See all > next to the subscription section.
Android: Log in to the Chatbooks app and you'll land in the My Books section. Tap the subscription you'd like to work on.
How do I make my first Monthbook?
Tap into your subscription and choose the Monthbook you'd like to work on
If you have an available credit, you can use it on any available book in your subscription
Add photos to your book. Learn how in How do I add photos to my subscription book?
Once your book has 30–60 pages, tap Send to Print
Can Smart Select pick my photos for me?
Yes. Smart Select picks your best photos for the month in seconds, so you can get to your first draft faster. In the photo picker, tap Smart Select in the top right corner, then review and edit the photos it chose. Smart Select is available in the iOS and Android apps. Learn more in What is Smart Select?
Can Chatbooks make my book for me?
Yes. Our Chatbooks Studio designers can create your books for you and send you a preview, usually within 2 business days. You can review your books and add text, captions, or dates before they print.
On iOS, you can find Studio anytime in the app's sidebar under Studio
Studio books automatically print 7 days after your session is created, using an available credit
