Your Monthly Minis and Monthbooks ship free with an active subscription. Subscription books are sent using Standard Shipping.

All Chatbooks products take up to 5 business days to process, print, and bind before shipping. Once shipped, Standard (free) shipping takes an additional 6–8 business days in transit.

Shipping for Mini and Monthbook photo books cannot be upgraded to a faster delivery method. Additionally, Monthly Minis ship without tracking, and shipments under 13 oz have limited tracking availability.

If you have not received your book within 12 business days from the ship date, please contact Support, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you. If your shipment has not arrived after 18 business days, you may request a replacement or reprint at no additional cost. Note: For Monthly Minis, please allow up to 18 business days from the ship date before reaching out.
