Once you place an order with Chatbooks, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. If there are any concerns or discrepancies regarding the status of your order, you can confirm its progress through the Chatbooks app. Depending on the Chatbooks size and weight, you can view the tracking information.
There are several ways you can track your order from the app:
iOS:
When you log into the Chatbooks app, you'll see "Welcome, Customer (Your name that you put into the Chatbooks app". Under your name, you will see "1 recent order" with an arrow next to it. You can click on that, which will take you to your order history. Once you're there, you can click on the order to view its status or the "track" button to view the order's progress along with the dates/times of the shipment's last scans.

Additionally, you will be notified via email once your order has shipped, with a link that directs you to real-time tracking updates. If you observe messages about incomplete orders, such as delays or system alerts, they may be due to system glitches or temporary overlaps. However, rest assured that confirmed orders are being processed accordingly.
