How do I track my order?

Learn how to track a Chatbooks order through the Chatbooks app.

The videos below will guide you step-by-step in finding where to track your order on your app, or follow these steps:

For iOS, from home screen, under where it lists "Welcome, Customer" you'll see "1 recent order." Tap there to see more specifics.

You can also tap on the order, then tap on "Track" to view its status. You'll be redirected to the Order Status update page, where you can see the progress of the order along with dates/times of the shipment's last scans.

You can also access this information through your Account Settings. Tap the 3-line menu bar in the upper left-hand corner. Then, tap "My account." Next, tap into "Order history," and select an order that says "Shipment." In the Order Details, if the order has shipped, you'll see a "Track" option to view more details about the shipment's progress.

Follow these steps to track your order on Android:

  • From the "My Books" tab, tap the settings (gear icon) in the top right corner

  • Tap "Order history"

  • Tap your most recent shipment

  • Tap "Track"

  • View your Order Status here
