Premium Photo Prints are their own subscription, so you can pause them for one billing cycle in the Chatbooks iOS app. On Android or the website, contact our Support team and we'll pause it for you. Pausing skips your next billing date, and your subscription resumes automatically the following month. Learn how in How do I pause my subscription?
What about Add-on Prints?
Add-on Prints connected to your book subscription can't be paused, but you can turn them off anytime. Learn how in How do I turn off Add-on Prints without canceling my entire subscription?
Your Add-on Prints credits can be used for any set of prints and aren't tied to a specific month.
