Where do I find credits that aren't part of my subscription?

Learn how to check your balance for credits that aren't linked to a subscription

General credit (from gift cards, refunds, or returns) is separate from your subscription book credits. Here's where to find it:

  • iOS: tap the menu (three lines), tap My Account, then scroll down to Chatbooks Credit.

  • Android: tap the Settings (gear icon), tap My Account, then scroll down to Chatbooks Credit.

  • Website: log in, click Account, then find Chatbooks Credit.

General credit can't be used to buy gift subscriptions (including Baby's First Year gift subscriptions) or gift cards.
