You can redeem a Chatbooks Gift Card in the Chatbooks app or at checkout on the Chatbooks website. Once it's redeemed, the amount is added to your Chatbooks credit.
Gift Cards are different from gifted subscriptions. A Gift Card adds Chatbooks Credit to your account. A gifted Monthbook, Monthly Mini, or Baby's First Year subscription comes with a gift code that starts a subscription instead. Gift codes can't be redeemed under "Redeem a Gift Card." How do I redeem a gift card on iOS?
Tap the 3-bar menu in the top left corner
Tap My account
Scroll down and tap Redeem a Gift Card
Enter the gift card number. Make sure to remove any hyphens.
Tap Redeem gift card
Your balance will show in your account under Chatbooks Credit
How do I redeem a gift card on Android?
On the My Books tab, tap Settings
Scroll down to the Gifts section and tap Redeem a gift card
Enter the gift card number. Make sure to remove any hyphens.
Tap Redeem gift card
Your balance will show in your Account Settings under Chatbooks credit
How do I redeem a gift card on the website?
Add your items to your cart and click Continue to checkout
On the Payment Method step, click Redeem a new gift card
Enter the gift card number
