You can update your payment method in both your Account Settings and in your Subscription Settings.
To update payment method in Account Settings on iOS:
Note: this will not update your subscription payment information, you will still need to go in and update via your subscription once this payment method is added
Open your Chatbooks app and tap on the 3-bar menu in the left-hand corner and select "My account."
Tap on "Payment"
Tap "Add a card” and enter your new payment details
Tap on an existing payment method to update
To update payment method in Subscription Settings on iOS:
Open your active subscription and tap the Settings (gear-icon) in the upper right corner
Tap on "Payment"
Tap "Add a card” and enter your new payment details
Tap "Done"
