How do I update my subscription's payment method on the web?
From within your Account settings:
Log in to Chatbooks.com
Click Home at the top of the page, or click Account
Then Account Profile
Click Payment
Click on the three dots to edit your payment method
Or click Change next to your subscription to change that specific subscription to the new payment method.
From within your subscription settings:
Log in to Chatbooks.com
Click Home at the top of the page, or click Account
Then My Books
Click into the subscription you want to update
Click the Settings gear in the upper right corner
Click Payment
Click Add a new card and follow the prompts to add a new payment method
Make sure the new payment method is selected, then click Done
