How Can I Use Smart Select to Catch Up on Multiple Books?
If you're behind on printing, Smart Select can help you catch up on several months at once. This appears for subscribers with 4 or more unprinted book credits, and it's currently available on the Chatbooks iOS app for Monthbook and Monthly Mini subscriptions.
Open your subscription
Tap the banner that says you can make all your books in minutes
Tap "Get Started"
Select the months you want to catch up on
Tap "Select a Month"
Smart Select picks your best photos for each month
Edit and approve the photo selections for each book
Review and send all of your books to print at once
Why Am I Not Seeing This Option?
The batch catch-up banner currently only appears for subscribers who have 4 or more unprinted book credits. Smart Select itself is still available to all subscriptions — you'll just need to go into each month individually and use Smart Select from the photo picker there.
Can I Choose Which Months to Catch Up On?
Yes. You'll see all your available book credits and can select only the months you want to make.
Can I Change the Photos Smart Select Picks for Each Book?
Yes. After Smart Select chooses photos for a month, you can edit and approve the selection before moving to the next one.
Do I Have to Send All My Books to Print at Once?
No. After you finish selecting photos for each book, you'll get one review screen where you can decide which books to send to print.
Is This Available for Baby's First Year or Series Subscriptions?
No. This is currently only available for Monthbook and Monthly Mini subscriptions.
Is This Available on Android or the Chatbooks Website?
No. This is currently only available on the Chatbooks iOS app.
