Your Monthly Minis and Monthbooks ship free with an active subscription. Subscription books are sent using Standard Shipping.

All Chatbooks products take 3–5 business days to process, print, and bind before shipping. Once shipped, Standard (free) shipping takes an additional 6–8 business days in transit.

Shipping for Mini and Monthbook photo books cannot be upgraded to a faster delivery method. Monthly Minis and other shipments under 13 oz ship with very limited or no tracking.

My order is late or missing. What happens next?

Check your estimated delivery date in Order History. See <a href="https://help.chatbooks.com/en/articles/8208972-how-do-i-track-my-order">How do I track my order?</a>

Contact us if it hasn't arrived within 12 business days of the ship date (18 business days for Monthly Minis, which have very limited or no tracking). Include your order number.

A member of our Support team will review your order. We'll reply wherever you contacted us, Monday–Friday, 6 AM–8 PM MST.

If your order is lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost once it's been 12 business days since your order shipped (18 business days for Monthly Minis).
