When Does My Subscription Renew, and What Will I Pay?
Your 12 for $12 offer covered your first 12 book credits. After that, your subscription renews automatically at the current price for your plan, monthly or annual depending on how you signed up. Annual plans renew automatically each year on the last day of the month, a year after purchase, at the current annual price, which may be higher than what you paid for the offer.
About 30 days before an annual renewal, we'll email you your renewal date and amount from [email protected] with the subject "Important Information About Your Subscription." Check your Promotions or spam folder if you don't see it.

What Happens If I Cancel?
Credits remain valid for 13 months from the date of purchase as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel at any time, including before your renewal date, any unused promotional credits will be forfeited immediately, and they aren't restored if you restart your subscription later. We recommend using all of your credits before canceling.
How Does This Monthly Mini Subscription Plan Work?
Monthly Minis are 5x5" softcover photo books delivered monthly.
Create and customize: Once your plan is selected, go to the "My Books" tab in the app to start creating your Monthly Minis. Use the filter tool to hide screenshots, show high-resolution photos, and select a date range. You can also add captions, page layouts, and text pages.
Send to print: When your Monthly Mini is ready, tap "Send to Print."
How Fast Do Photo Books Ship? Is Shipping Free?
Standard shipping is always free in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. All Chatbooks products take 3–5 business days to process, print, and bind. After that, delivery time depends on your location. Because Minis weigh less than 13 oz, they ship first class with very limited or no tracking and can take up to 18 days to arrive.
Why Are Monthly Minis Great for Kids?
Monthly Minis are designed with little hands in mind. The small 5x5" size, softcovers, and rounded edges make them easy for kids to hold and easy to store on your shelf.
If a Mini gets spilled on, scratched, or scribbled in, our Toddler Insurance will replace it for free, once per book within one year of the original order date.
