No, any available credit will automatically apply to the next book sent to print from your subscription.
Do credits expire?
Chatbooks book credits expire 13 months after their purchase date. Click HERE to learn more about subscription credits expiring
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you can always purchase a bundle of credits. If no credits are available when sending your book to print, you can pay for your book at time of print, or wait to until your next billing cycle has passed.
Can I use credits for books from past months?
Yes! You can absolutely use your credits to create books from past months. Just tap the blue “
Add Book” button in your subscription and select the month you’d like to make a book for—your credits will apply automatically.
How do I know how many credits I have?
If you have credits, you’ll see a banner at the top of your subscription showing how many you currently have.
Tap the banner for a full breakdown of your credit status.
If you’re all caught up, the banner will reflect that too—and you can tap it anytime to purchase more credits at a discounted rate!

To create a new book using your credits, open your subscription and tap the blue “
