What is Autoship?
When Autoship is on, your Series book automatically goes to print 7 days after it reaches 60 pages. We'll email you before your book prints. Your book will only autoship if:
You have Autoship turned on in your Series settings
You have an available credit for the book
How do I turn on Autoship?
Go to your Series subscription
Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner
Scroll to the bottom and tap Autoship
Toggle ON and tap Save Changes
What happens if Autoship is off?
iOS: Your full book won't print automatically. Send it to print yourself whenever you're ready. Make sure your Chatbooks app is updated to the latest version from the App Store.
Android: A full book still prints automatically at the start of the month, as long as you have an available credit.
What if I don't have a credit available?
Your book won't print until a credit is available. It will wait for your next scheduled subscription charge to add a new credit. To print sooner, see How do I send a Series book to print without a credit?
