To move your Series Subscription out of the frozen state, login to your Chatbooks account on the Chatbooks app. From there, go to the My Books tab and click into your Frozen Series>Tap Update Series.

Follow the prompts there. You can now choose a billing plan that works for you. Once you've chosen a new billing plan, your subscription will now be active and no longer frozen.
