GroupChat (formerly called HeyFam) lets you share photos with family and friends in one place. Below you'll find a how-to video for both iOS and Android, and a step-by-step guide to learn how to create a group, invite members, and create a room in the GroupChat app.

How to create a group:
From the Home button of the GroupChat app, tap the + symbol in the upper left-hand side of the window.
Tap to edit the group name. Once a name is added, tap “Create My Group.”
How to invite members to GroupChat:
When you create a new group, you will be prompted to invite members. You can invite contacts through this prompt, or you can also do it by going to the “Essentials” tab of the app (found in the bottom menu on the right-hand side), and tapping “Settings.”
From there, tap “Invite to group”. You can share the invite link or share the QR code provided there.
How to create a room:
To create a room, tap the “Rooms” button found in the menu bar on the bottom of the screen.
From there, tap “+ Create Room” and follow the prompts. There you can give the room a name, a description (optional) and select to make the room private (optional).
