You can change the cover image on your Monthbook, Monthly Mini, or Baby's First Year in the Chatbooks app or on Chatbooks.com.
Good to know: Designer Covers are only available for Monthbooks. Some, like Rifle Paper Co., don't have the option of a photo on the front, so you can't add a cover image to them.
How do I change my cover image in the app? (iOS)
Use a photo from your book:
Tap into the Chatbook you're working on.
Tap the "Cover" button (pencil icon), or tap the cover, to open the cover editor.
Tap "Change Image."
Select a photo from your Chatbook.
Tap "Use this photo."
Use a photo that isn't in your book:
Tap into the Chatbook you're working on.
Tap the "Cover" button (pencil icon), or tap the cover, to open the cover editor.
Tap "Change Image."
Tap "Photos from Book" at the top center of the screen and choose a different photo source.
Select the image you want.
Tap "Use this photo."
Set a cover from a page:
Scroll through your book and tap the image you want to use for the cover.
Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
Tap "Use as Book Cover."
Adjust the photo to crop it if needed.
Tap "Save Crop," then tap "Done."
Crop your cover photo:
In the cover editor, tap the photo on your cover to open the cropper.
Adjust the photo.
Tap "Save Crop."
How do I change my cover image in the app? (Android)
Use a photo from your book:
Tap into the Chatbook you're working on.
Tap the cover and select "Change Cover."
Select a photo from your Chatbook.
Tap "Done."
Upload a different photo:
Tap into the Chatbook you're working on.
Tap the cover and select "Change Cover."
Tap "Upload a photo."
Select the photo you'd like to use for your cover.
Tap "Done."
How do I change my cover image on the web?
From the cover:
Log in to Chatbooks.com.
Click "Home" at the top of the page, or click "Account" and then "My Books."
Click the Chatbook you want to edit.
Click the cover photo.
Click "Change Image."
Choose a photo from the options shown, or upload one from your computer.
Click "Done" to save.
From a photo in your book:
Log in to Chatbooks.com.
Click "Home" at the top of the page, or click "Account" and then "My Books."
Click the Chatbook you want to edit.
Click a photo in your book.
Under "Page Options" on the right, click "Set as Cover."
Crop the image if needed.
Click "Done" to save.
