All Chatbooks Products take up to 5 business days to process, print, and bind. Once your Chatbooks are ready to ship, the amount of time it takes to arrive at your doorstep depends on the shipping method you choose at check-out.

Standard: 6 business days in transit (plus 3-5 business days to print)

Express: 1-2 days in transit (plus 3-5 business days to print)

We understand that occasional postal delays may occur, and although these are beyond our control, we are committed to working closely with you to resolve any issues that may arise. For Standard shipping packages, if you have not received your book within 13 business days from the date shipped, write to Support and we can look into this for you.

You can also find the ETA of your order from the App by going to the My Books tab of the Chatbooks app, clicking on the Account Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner, and clicking on "Order History." There, it will show your latest Order with the order time frame and an estimated delivery date.

On the website, you can find the ETA for delivery by logging into your Chatbooks account, and clicking on the Account Settings Icon in the top menu. Click "Order History" to view the Estimated Delivery Date on your recent order(s).
