Promos are available for a limited time. Each offer lists its code, expiration date, and the products it covers.

Deals tab: Check the Deals tab in the 3-bar menu of the Chatbooks app for current offers

How do I use a promo or discount code?
Enter your code in your cart or at checkout. In the app, tap "Add a promo code" in your cart.
Don't see "Add a promo code" at checkout? Open the "Order summary" drop-down at the top of the checkout page. You'll find "Add a promo code" there.
Discounts apply to the price in your local currency.
Promos can't be combined with other offers.
What can I use a promo or discount code on?
When an offer includes them, codes can be used on:
Classic Photo Books, including Kid Yearbooks and Family Yearbooks
Luxury Layflats
New Monthbook, Monthly Mini, Baby's First Year, and Premium Photo Prints subscriptions
Gifted Subscriptions and Add-on Prints
Sticky Prints (US only)
When can't I use a promo or discount code?
On gift cards
On a subscription that's already active, including renewals and Series. Codes can only be applied to a new subscription when the offer includes it.
How do introductory offers work?
Introductory offers, like a discounted first book, are for new customers starting a subscription.
Offer credits last 13 months while your subscription is active.
If you cancel, unused offer credits expire right away and can't be restored if your subscription is reactivated.
After the offer, your subscription renews at the regular price unless you change or cancel it before your renewal date.
A subscription that starts with an offer can't be paused until you've bought one credit at full price.
How does a promo work with annual billing?
If you start an annual plan with a promo code, the promo takes the place of the annual discount on your first charge.
The automatic annual discount starts when your subscription renews.
Is shipping free with a promo?
Subscriptions ship free with standard shipping in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand when you pay in that country's currency, such as US dollars to the US or Canadian dollars to Canada.
Classic Photo Books and Luxury Layflats ship free with standard shipping to the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Orders shipping to New Zealand and other countries have a shipping charge, shown at checkout.
Some promos include free upgraded shipping. The offer will say if it does.
