Need more time to use your subscription credits? If your subscription is active and your app is up to date, you can extend any credits that are within 30 days of expiring by 30 more days.
How do I extend my credits on iOS?
Tap your subscription with expiring credits
Tap the banner at the top that reads 1 expiring soon
On the next page, tap Extend Credits
Tap Extend credits at the bottom of the page
You'll see a message that says your credit has been extended
Tap back and refresh your app to see your new expiration date
Tip: If you'd like Chatbooks Studio to create a book with your credit, tap Create a draft for me instead. Let your designer know you'd like your credit extended so they can use it for your book.

What if my subscription isn't active?
Credits can only be extended on an active subscription. If your subscription is inactive, write "Connect with an agent" in chat and we'd be happy to help.
Please note: If your subscription started with a promotional offer, credits purchased as part of the promotion expire immediately when you cancel. Credits purchased outside the promotion expire 30 days after you cancel.
