Need more time to redeem the credits on your subscription? We get it! Once you are less than 30 days of the expiration date, you will see an option in the app to extend the expiration date by 30 more days. Here's how to do that in the Chatbooks' app:

You can extend any credits in your app on an Active Subscription that are less than 30 days of expiring as long as your app is fully up to date. To extend your credits out 30 more days follow these steps:

-Click into your Subscription the expiring credits are in

-Tap the banner at the top that reads "You have a book credit that will expire soon"

-Tap "extend the expiration"

-You'll see a pop-up that says "Expiration dates have been extended"
