How to add photos to your Monthbook/Mini step-by-step for iOS:
Tap into the subscription you want to add photos to
Tap into the Month you want to add photos to
If no photos have been added into the Monthbook or Monthly Mini, it will automatically open your Camera Roll to select photos from.
If you do not want to use your Camera Roll to pull photos from, you can change the photo source at the top of the page by tapping on the Camera Roll icon. From there, you can select a different photo source including Google Photos, SmugMug, HeyFam and Flickr.
On this page, the Photo Selector will automatically open to the month of the book you are working on. (For example, if you are working on the March 2025 Monthbook, the photos viewable will be for the March 2025 photos.) If you want to use more than your March 2025 photos, you can by changing the Filter.
You can also clear out the current Filtered month by clicking the X on the filtered date.
To specify the photos currently being pulled, click the "Filter" button that is in the upper right-hand corner. There you can change the date range, hide screenshots, only show high-quality photos, or clear it out altogether. If you tap "Clear," it will then display all photos from your selected source to choose from.
Once you've selected a new Filter or selected "Clear," click "Apply"
Tap on the photos you want to add to your Monthbook or Monthly Mini and click "Continue with x photos."
Leave the Chatbooks app open to allow the selected photos to sync to the book.
You can add a minimum of 30 pages to your book and a maximum of 60 pages. If you'd like to add more photos, tap the + sign in the bottom right-hand corner.
Repeat this process until you have all photos you want in your Monthbook or Monthly Mini.

Tap on the Chatbook you'd like to add photos to
Tap the blue "+" in the bottom right corner
Select the Photo Source you'd like to pull photos from
Tap the photos you'd like added to your Chatbook and tap "Continue with X photos"
Leave your app open while your photos sync
Add more photos by tapping the blue "+" sign in the bottom right corner
Repeat this process until you have 30-60 pages in your Chatbook- Use the Filter button to adjust date ranges and remove restrictions, enabling access to all available photos.

Troubleshooting Tips for Both Platforms
Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.
Log out and back into your account for synchronization issues.
Clear app cache if photos do not appear during selection.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if your connection is unstable.
