Why Aren't All My Photos Showing Up?
Many Android phones are set to "Optimize phone storage" to save space. With this setting on, only your most recent photos are stored on your phone. The full-size versions of older photos are stored in the cloud instead, so the Chatbooks app can't access them to add them to your book.
How Do I Get My Photos to Sync?
You can download photos from the cloud to your phone using the Google Photos app:
Open the Google Photos app on your Android phone
Select the photo or video you'd like to add
Tap More, then tap Download
Once the photo is downloaded to your phone, it will be available in the Chatbooks app.
If you don't see the Download option, the photo is already saved on your phone.
