Most of the time, in order to leave more storage space open on our Android, we have them set to "optimize phone storage". If this is the case, only your most recent photos are actually stored on your phone. The original full size photos in the rest of your camera roll are not stored on your phone, but in the cloud. Because of this, Chatbooks cannot retrieve those photos to place them into a Chatbook.

In order to fix this, there is a really simple solution.

- On your Android phone, open the Google Photos app .

- Select a photo or video.

- Tap More>Download

Important: If the photo is already on your device, this option won’t appear.
