All Chatbooks products take 3–5 business days to process, print, and bind. Once your Chatbooks are ready to ship, the time it takes to arrive depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Standard (Free): 6-8 business days in transit (plus 3-5 business days to print)
Premium ($6): 5-6 business days in transit (plus 3-5 business days to print)
Express ($12): 2 business days (plus 3-5 business days to print)
Rush ($25): 1 business day (plus 3-5 business days to print)
We understand that occasional postal delays may occur, and although these are beyond our control, we are committed to working closely with you to resolve any issues that may arise. For non-subscription, Standard shipping packages, if you have not received your book within 12 business days from the date shipped, write to Support and we can look into this for you. (Note: for Monthly Minis, it is 18 business days from the date shipped.)
Where can I find my estimated delivery date?
iOS: Tap the 3-bar menu, then tap Order History. You can switch between Shipments and Transactions at the bottom of the screen.
Android: Go to the My Books tab, tap the Account Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner, and tap Order History.
Website: Log in to Chatbooks.com, click Account at the top of the page, then click Order history. You may need to scroll down to find it. You can switch between the Shipments and Transactions tabs at the top of the page.
Your latest order will show its time frame and estimated delivery date. Learn more in How do I track my order?
