What's the fastest way to submit a request?
The fastest way for us to process your request is to send a scan or photo of your loved one's death certificate.
What if I don't have a death certificate?
You'll need to send one document showing proof of authority and one document showing that your loved one has passed away.

Birth certificate
Last will and testament
Estate letter
