You can add a new address from your Account Settings or your Subscription Settings. Check out each option below!
Additionally, ensure the accuracy of your existing shipping address to avoid delays or delivery errors. Check and correct any missing or incomplete information, such as including the correct apartment or unit number.
Account Settings with iOS app:
To update your shipping address within the Chatbooks app, from the 3-bar menu in the upper left-hand corner, tap "My account." Under "Addresses" tap the + sign in the right-hand corner, and add your new address there.
Subscription Settings with iOS app:
To update your shipping address for a Monthbook subscription, from the Chatbooks app, tap into your Subscription from the home tab of the Chatbooks app. Tap on the Settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner, and tap "Shipping address." You can tap "+ Add address."
Account Settings Android
To verify or update your shipping address, check if the address is accurately saved in the Chatbooks Android app. Reviewing and correcting errors such as missing unit numbers can help ensure orders are delivered without issues.
