Yes, you can cancel your order directly in the Chatbooks app for Classic Books only. Please note that we have a very small window of three hours before it is sent to the printer.
At this time, order cancellation is only available for Classic Books and available in the iOS app only. This feature is not currently available on Android or the Chatbooks website. We hope to have this feature for subscriptions soon, however, subscription orders can not currently be canceled in app.
How to Cancel Your Classic Book Order
Open the Chatbooks app.
Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the upper-left corner.
Tap Order History.
Select Transactions.
Tap on your most recently ordered book.
Tap Cancel Order in the upper-right corner.
Select a reason and confirm.
What Happens After You Cancel?
Your book will be unlocked so you can continue editing.
Your original payment method will be refunded.
When you're ready to reorder, simply place your order again.
