Supported photo file formats and sizes for Chatbook uploads
We accept all your favorite photo formats! You can upload HEIC files (straight from your iPhone!), JPEG files, and PNG files. The higher resolution your photos are, the better your book will look!
While there is no strict maximum file size, we suggest using photos with a minimum of 300 DPI for the best print quality and the preferred maximum file size is 3200 pixels.
If you have low quality photos that are uploaded, you will see a low-resolution warning. If you still want to use the photo, even with the warning, we suggest adding the photo to a collage, or NOT using the Fit/Full Page Layouts. (Note: the preview will show exactly how the photo will be printed.)
