Premium Photo Prints come in two sizes: 5x7" or 5x5".
Can I Change the Number of Prints I Receive?
No. Subscription photo prints are limited to 5 per credit. If you'd like more prints, try a Prints subscription. You'll receive sets of 10 prints 4, 6, or 12 times a year, with the option to order up to 60 prints per set.
Are Premium Photo Prints Printed on the Same Paper as My Photo Book?
No. Our prints use premium 130# semi-gloss Italian photo paper, which is twice as thick as typical drugstore prints. The paper is sustainably sourced and prints at up to 600 DPI for vibrant, crisp photos.
What If My Prints Arrive Damaged or Incorrect?
If your prints arrive damaged from shipping or have a quality issue, contact us and we'll help with next steps.
If the wrong photo was printed because an image was left unchanged before printing, our Support team can help with that too.
