Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Subscription settings within the app and on Chatbooks.com. Pausing is the same as cancelling because we can restart the same subscription to re-activate it in the future.
Once you've logged into Chatbooks.com, click into your Bookshelf in the upper right-hand corner.
Click into "My Subscription" for the subscription you want to pause.
Click into the Settings Wheel in the upper right-hand corner.
Click "Manage Subscription."
Click "Cancel subscription."
Select "I'm coming back" and then click "Continue."
From here, if you do select "Keep my subscription," our Customer Support team will reach-out to you via email to help restart this subscription in 1 month or at a specified time that you choose.
Or, you can click "Cancel subscription" and reactivate the subscription at a future time within the Subscription Settings.
