You can add captions to your Monthbook, Monthly Mini, or Baby's First Year in the Chatbooks app or on Chatbooks.com.
Good to know: Captions only show when the page layout is set to "Border" or "Square."
How do I add a caption in the app? (iOS)
Select the Chatbook you'd like to add captions to.
Tap the photo you'd like to add a caption to.
Tap "Caption."
Write your caption and tap "Done."
Set the photo layout to "Border" or "Square" so your caption shows.
Tap "Done."
To edit a caption, tap the photo again, tap "Caption," make your changes, and tap "Done."
How do I add a caption in the app? (Android)
Select the Chatbook you'd like to add captions to.
Tap the photo you'd like to add a caption to.
Tap the photo icon on the bottom far left.
Enter your caption and tap "Save."
To edit a caption, tap the photo again, tap the photo icon on the bottom far left, make your changes, and tap "Save."
How do I add a caption on the web?
Log in to Chatbooks.com.
Click "Home" at the top of the page, or click "Account" and then "My Books."
Click into the Chatbook you want to add captions to, then scroll down to see its pages.
Click the photo you want to caption.
Under "Page Options" on the right side, click "Caption."
Type your caption, then click "Save."
Keep scrolling to add captions to other pages.
To edit a caption, click the photo with the caption, update the text, and click "Save."
